About the Role

As an Administration Support at IBS, you will play a vital part in ensuring our educational programmes and daily operations run smoothly. You will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to our team, support students throughout their journey, and help maintain the high standards that define IBS Training and Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to academic and support staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
  • Manage the student life cycle from admissions and registration through to graduation, maintaining accurate records at every stage
  • Liaise with students, staff, external partners, and governing bodies, responding to queries and providing information as needed
  • Assist with recruitment, marketing, and event organisation, including open days and student inductions
  • Oversee examination and assessment processes, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met

Who You Are

  • You have 2–3 years of administrative experience in the education sector
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • You are a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You have a genuine interest in the education industry and are committed to supporting student success
